Laser welding systems M800 / M1500 - Productivity in the smallest space

Our M800/M1500 laser welding systems provide all components necessary for laser welding round components for a mass-production process, within a compact space.

Thanks to the newly designed movable counterpressure bearing which absorbs the necessary contact pressure during welding, the component can be loaded into the clamping equipment directly from above. A further counterpressure bearing can be positioned at the side and is retracted without retooling during the component change. Our proven clamping equipment has been made yet more compact compared with the previous version.

With the M1500 radial and axial welding can be carried out without a changeover using a single NC rotary axis. An increased clamping force also allows welding of solid differential components.

Additional processes - automation options


Our modular construction technology permits a variable layout depending on cycle time and process requirements. We are constantly improving and expanding our system technology.

Laser welding is complemented by other key processes: Joining station with a range of press modules and evaluation software (e.g. force-path monitoring). Heating station to improve the welding process for hardened components. Ultrasonic station for quality control of the welded seams. Automation technology and conveyor systems for materials handling.
